Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused wood fuels in their original packaging, ensuring the items are protected from moisture and damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
